wacky week.

so, it has been quite a week. charlotte sick wednesday, tucker sick on thursday ( although it was not even close to the severity of charlotte's), and then saturday tucker woke up with a painful earache right before we should've been going to his soccer game. then saturday night (technically sunday morning) at 1 am our electricity went out. tucker woke up scared saying his room was too dark. after getting him a flashlight and going back to bed, henry woke up vomiting. i spent the remainder of the night with him on the couch with lots of towels close by and trying to sleep. it was nice sleeping with him right against me, even under the circumstances. although sleeping may not be the correct term, since very little sleep was had. sunday day was much better and he was being especially cute after his bath. we are all feeling well today, but staying home just to be safe.

i am very excited for the upcoming holidays! i love this time of year. i can't wait to get our tree up and to go looking at lights and to smell the smells and eat all the yummy food. does anyone have any suggestions what to send my little brother on his mission in madagascar for christmas?

ps. I just read your post about your dream! Was that Amanda in your dream me? cause that's freaky! I always used to have crazy dreams and wake up mad or grumpy, lee would always think I was ridiculous, but if dreams seem real its hard not to believe them!

I am so sorry to hear about the whoas at your house. What a pain to all involved. And I thought it was bad with one kid throwing up.

I hope this weeks proves to be a great one! Henry is melting my heart. He is so beautiful!

I love all the pics and I am glad everyone is feeling better.

What are some of your brothers fave foods? Any snacks besides, what is it- Cheez its?- that he likes and misses?

Hope they are feeling better...suggestion-cake or cookie mix, as long as he has access to an oven. Then he just need oil and an egg for a yummy treat.

I am so sorry about all the sickness and lack of sleep! Ugh! Here's a hug for you! (((Robin)))

As for your little brother on his mission (gee, I love that kid!), he likes original Cheez-its, Nature Valley Trail Mix Fruit & Nut granola bars, Cracklin' Oat Bran cereal, Oh's cereal, peanut M&M's, Cashew Poppycock, cashews, and Doritos...to name just a few things, haha! Sadly, the postage costs way more than the gift!

Ugh! I hate vomit! I haaaaate it. I am sorry they have all been sick :(

As for Ted, yes...the ORIGINAL Cheezits are a must. Other than that, just read my mom's comment. There isn't much to get him when he will be getting home so soon after.
