Last night was what I hope will be the first of many monthly girl's nights. I met up with Lindy, Lauren, Michelle, and Karen and Rumbi's Hawaiian Grill for dinner. I'm not sure about everyone else, but I had a fun time! Lindy's baby Ellie slept like a little angel in her car seat the whole time! What kissable cheeks that girl has! Lauren looked so cute and was really fun, although she couldn't really get in on the baby poop discussions as much as I'm sure she would have liked.
Karen didn't stay long, but was silly and cute. After dinner Lindy, Michelle and I headed to AJ's for some dessert, yummy. After Lindy had left to take her baby home, Michelle and I sat in my car and talked for almost 2 more hours! How nice to have a girl to spill my guts to. All in all it was a great night to spend with friends and I am really going to miss Lindy next time around since she is leaving me and moving to Washington:(

Ah, I am jealous! I wish I could have been the one talking to you for 2 hours! I am so happy you got some time out! I am needing like a week off from being a mom. Liam is wearing. me. out!
Although I was struggling to spit out a full sentence, often times forgetting what I was talking about, it was a good time. That expresso shot put me where I needed to be for a 2 hour talk and an additional 45 minute home.
I look froward to the next meet up. I am sorry Lindy wont be joining us next time. Good luck to you Lindy.

I'm glad you got a chance to get all fancy and go out. We'll have to plan our temple trip next month around girl's night (you might have to be willing to change girls night to a friday or to President's Day)
You all look gorgeous. Sounds like fun. I may go out with two of my girlfriends this weekend and that will be my last girl's night out for a few months. I wish I could have been at yours.
