Today was such a gorgeous morning. Doing our warmup for boot camp it was still dark and I could see the stars poking through the clouds. The clouds were looking even more amazing as it got lighter and lighter. After coming home to everyone still in bed I hopped on the scale. I've lost 4 pounds so far and I couldn't be happier!I still can improve on what goes in my mouth, so I think I will continue to see results if I just try even harder everyday!
